Hi Friends!! We love what we do, and in order to best serve you, we need to be clear on a few terms when choosing us for your next project.
Payment is due upon ordering - either in Full or an agreed upon deposit. This shows us your commitment to our service and allows us to get the necessary supplies for your unique project.
**NO services will be rendered, including artwork, mock ups & samples until payment has been received.
*We DO accept Debit, Cash or eTransfer. We DO NOT accept cheque or Credit Cards.
(If you are a group or organization that must pay by cheque, please pre-arrange this with us.)
We ask for 14 day turnaround time to commence after payment & after artwork has been approved. (In most cases, you will have your finished product before - this time frame allows for busy seasons or products that might not be as readily available). Please ask about our availability at time of order.
We know life doesn't always allow for us to plan ahead, and every project we work on is as important to us as it is to you! If you have a *TIME SENSITIVE* project, let us know & we will strive to meet your deadline. **Rush service fees may be added.
Please understand that we work with commercial equipment. All equipment does, and will, from time to time, fail (sh*t happens!). This may result in a loss of product or materials. Sizzlin Stitches & Custom Advertising WILL NOT BE liable for any losses to garments or products not supplied by us.
We reserve the right to refuse Service. **If you have a product (not purchased here) that you would like us to decorate, please inquire with us, as not all products get great results.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the Custom Nature of our work, all sales will be FINAL. However, if you are dissatisfied with something, we will work with you to get the results you are looking for!
FAQ'S
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN ITEMS IN FOR DECORATION?
Yes! However, please be advised that Sizzlin Stitches & Custom Advertising assumes no liability in the event of a loss for items not purchased through us. Please ask in advance to find out if we are the right choice for your specific project.
DO YOU SEW? CAN YOU FIX THIS?
No! We specialize in branding your business and custom apparel decoration services. We DO NOT sew, hem, alter, fix, add zippers, add buttons or anything else 'seamstress' related.
CAN WE TRY BEFORE WE BUY? PERHAPS A SAMPLE?
We are constantly changing and adding to our showroom of samples so you can see, feel and know the product before you order. Sample items can be done, but will be subject to a fee and must be paid for at time of order.
